Delete your HonorFlow account
HonorFlow lets you close your account and remove associated personal data. This page is the public request path required for the Google Play listing.
How to delete your account
Deletion is available in the HonorFlow Android app and on the HonorFlow website. You must sign in with the phone number or email on the account.
In the HonorFlow app
- Open HonorFlow and sign in with your phone or email one-time code.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
On the web (including if you uninstalled the app)
- Open honorflow.in/login.
- Sign in with the same phone or email.
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion runs immediately when you confirm. It cannot be undone.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your HonorFlow account, we:
- Remove your name, phone number, and email from the account record
- Revoke all signed-in sessions so the account cannot be used again
- Delete devices, notifications, budgets, and similar personal records tied to the account
- Clear receipt images and raw scan text
Data that may be kept
For security, payments, and legal compliance we may retain:
- An anonymized account row (no phone or email) so the deletion itself can be audited
- Payment / subscription records needed to show that HonorFlow Plus was purchased or cancelled
- Non-identifying receipt totals used for OCR audit, with merchant text replaced
We do not store full card numbers. Kept records are not used to sign you back in or to rebuild a profile.
Delete some data without closing the account
You can remove individual transactions, budgets, and similar ledger items inside HonorFlow without deleting the whole account. There is no separate web form for partial deletion; use the item's delete action in the app or on the website while signed in.
Export first (optional)
From Profile you can export a copy of your HonorFlow data before you delete the account. After deletion, that export is the only copy you will have.
