AI Scan

Capture a financial document. HonorFlow reads it and proposes an entry. You confirm before it is saved.

AI Scan is available from Expenses, Income, Investments and Budgets. It is not a bank feed and it does not invent missing amounts. Unknown fields stay empty for you to fill.

HonorFlow did not invent receipt scanning. The product value is the same confirm-before-write path across those four modules: capture → read → review → confirm → existing save APIs.

1. Capture

   Photograph or upload a receipt, salary slip, investment statement, or written budget.

2. Understand

   Standard document scanning on Free. Plus and Pro can use enhanced recognition on the server when it is configured. Both still produce a proposal, not a silent write.

3. Review

   Edit merchant, amount, category, date, or holding fields before anything is saved.

4. Confirm

   Only then does HonorFlow use the same create path as a typed entry. Investment profit and return are calculated in HonorFlow, not guessed by the model.

Scan allowances are set by plan. See Plans for the current monthly limits. High-resolution images are processed through HonorFlow’s authenticated API.
